Requirements to obtain this certificate:

• Complete 2-day NCD Training
• Golden Annual Fee ($275)

Requirements to keep certificate valid:

• Participation in 2 of 4 refresher webinars
• Complete the Empowerment Test and send the results to NCD America and NCD International once each year (without expectation of receiving a debrief)
• Complete the Life Test and send the results to NCD America and NCD International once each year (without expectation of receiving a debrief)
