Requirements to obtain this certificate:
- 4 webinars on NCD and coaching
- Coaching log: At least 3 different clients over at least 5 hours coaching/ consulting/training each
- Debriefing of 2 recorded coaching sessions (1 hour each; written feedback)
- Knowledge & Application Exam
- Continue to do your own Empowerment Test and Life Test, but also get 4 other people to take the Tests (proof of applying the principle of multiplication).
Requirements to keep certificate valid:
- Participation in 2 of 4 refresher webinars
- Golden Annual Fee ($275)
